Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC staff was marked by the management of the franchiser company InterContinental Hotels Group for the best results in work in the first quarter 2017 in terms of effectiveness of Problem Handling.

Our hotel has outscored over 400 representatives of Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts brand, becoming the only hotel in the history of IHG hotel chain in the CIS region and the post-Soviet space which achieved such a high result.

Getting such an award is an excellent occasion to feel proud of professional teamwork, and first of all for the first-line workers, who are doing their best daily to make the guests feel “home away from home”.
